Questions
Before you start
Do my drivers need to install an app?
No. GariSetu works in any phone browser. Drivers open garisetu.com/app, log in with their mobile number and can add it to the home screen like an app.
What if the customer doesn’t get the OTP?
The driver can send the same code another way — SMS, WhatsApp or email — or the customer can open the trip in their own GariSetu app and read the code. If there is really no OTP, the driver chooses a reason and the trip is marked as a bypass for you to review.
Do I need GST registration?
No. GST is optional. Turn it on only if you are registered; GariSetu then adds CGST + SGST or IGST based on the customer’s state.
How many cars can I manage?
Plans go from 1–3 cars up to unlimited. You can move to a bigger plan whenever your fleet grows.
Can my office staff use it too?
Yes. Your office team logs in as admins of your business, and every driver and customer has their own login.
Is my data separate from other operators?
Yes. Each business sees only its own cars, drivers, customers, trips and money.
